Sausage Block
Designed by Spikomat to allow butchers and caterers to produce a form of sausage suitable for BBQ’s. Various ingredients, diced pork, bacon rolls, pineapple chunks, apricots and prunes can be used with sausage to give interesting combinations.
When formed into loops, sausages ‘sit’ more easily on the barbecue, are easier to turn and do not roll off.
The block can also be used to form brochettes.
